Art has a unique ability to serve as a historical document, capturing and preserving the experiences and perspectives of individuals, communities, and society as a whole. Recognizing the relationship between history and art as a reflection of cultural, social, economic, and political values, the Perry Arts Council serves as a project of the Uptown Perry Partnership, a 501c3 organization.
