Our mission is to provide leadership and support that promotes artistic expression and historic preservation helping to create an enriched and healthy community through the diverse universe of the arts.

We envision Perry as a place where artists and citizens are inspired and creativity thrives, where arts and culture bring people of all backgrounds together to enrich, bind and celebrate our community.
Art has a unique ability to serve as a historical document, capturing and preserving the experiences and perspectives of individuals, communities, and society as a whole. In recognition of the relationship between history and art as a reflection of the cultural, social, economic and political values, the Perry Ats Council serves as a project of the Uptown Perry Partnership, a 501c3 organization.
